Historically, the owner of these lands has been claiming a 1/10 share of 433 hectares of the Lettermore Na Coille providing him with 106.9 acres of grazing rights. This will be stated in the lease agreement. There will be a clause placed in the lease agreement stating this and protecting tenant from clawback.
